Power Modules for 3-Level Inverters

Mitsubishi Electric Power Modules for Three-Level Inverters offer a compact, low-inductance package that contributes to a simplified inverter circuit structure. These power modules feature a 4-in-1 and 1-in-1/2-in-1 lineup, enabling improved compactness and inverter design flexibility. Mitsubishi Electric Power Modules for Three-Level Inverters are designed for general-purpose inverters, equipment for induction heating, solar and wind power generation, and AC servo applications.

S/S-1 Industrial IGBT Modules

Mitsubishi Electric S/S-1 Industrial Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) Modules offer three levels to provide an efficient, small-footprint solution for large-capacity industrial three-level inverters. The S/S-1 series provides a simple, low-inductance design and is UL recognized under UL 1557. Mitsubishi Electric S/S-1 Industrial IGBT Modules are ideal for renewable energy, power supplies, uninterruptable power supplies (UPS), and motion control applications.

Industrial IGBT Modules

Mitsubishi Electric Industrial Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) Modules incorporate a three-phase converter, inverter, and brake circuit (CIB) into a single package. These IGBTs offer a chip structure that evolved from a flat planar structure to a trench gate structure. The CSTBT™ technology enables low loss and a smaller size for industrial equipment. The industrial IGBT module lineup from Mitsubishi Electric features 5th-generation composite products with a thin profile (NX type) in addition to the former external shape (standard type), as well as 6th-generation S series, and the 7th-generation T/T1 series, with low power loss and a smaller size.
