High-Reliability Datamate Cable Assemblies

Harwin High-Reliability Datamate Cable Assemblies allow designers to discover the simplicity of a complete plug-and-play solution. These Harwin products save time and expense with no additional tooling, staff training, or manufacturing required for cable assembly. The cables are fully terminated to the connectors and inspected and tested during and after production. They are built using high-quality PTFE-insulated cables and performance connectors from the high-reliability Datamate range. Harwin High-Reliability Datamate Cable Assemblies withstand extreme environments, making them ideal for prototyping, small builds, or higher volume production. Designers can choose from gold-plated contacts offering 3A (signal), 8.5A, 20A, or 40A in single- or double-ended varieties with standard lengths of 150mm and 300mm and 450mm options available. Extended wall options with backpotting add strain relief to the cable assembly.
