Wolfspeed / Cree SiC 6只装功率模块

Cree SiC 6只装功率模块采用了 Z-FET™ MOSFET 和 Z-Rec™ 二极管技术。该款 碳化硅三相模块具有极低的损耗和较高的运行效率。此外，还具有零反向恢复电流、零关断尾电等特性。该模块可使紧凑轻便型系统降低冷却要求，进而降低系统成本。SiC 6只装功率模块适用于太阳能逆变器、UPS以及电机驱动等应用场合。
