Cypress Semiconductor CY14V101 1 Mbit （128K × 8) 四通道 SPI NVSRAM 耦合一个 1 Mbit NVSRAM ，具有一个 QPI 接口。 QPI 通过使用特定运算代码能够在单路（每个时钟周期使用一个I/O 通道传输一位）、双路（每个时钟周期使用两个 I/O 通道传输两位）、或四路（每个时钟周期使用四个 I/O 通道传输四位）配置中实现内存读写操作。 该内存采用 128Kbytes 结构，每个包含 SRAM 和非易失性 SONOS FLASH Quantum Trap内存单元。 SRAM 可提供不限次读写周期，而非易失性单元可提供数据储存。 断电时，数据自动从 SRAM 传输到非易失性单元（STORE 操作）。 上电时，数据可从非易失性单元（RECALL 操作）恢复到 SRAM。 用户还可通过 SPI 指令启动 STORE 和 RECALL 操作。
