Diodes Incorporated APX803L微功率电压检测器
Diodes Incorporated APX803L微功率电压检测器设计用于监控微处理器 (μP)、μC和数字系统中的电源。APX803L仅需1.0μA的低电源电流，可最大限度地降低工作电流，提高便携式电池供电设备的系统效率。该器件具有+1.5%的高阈值电压精度，可实现精确的VCC复位阈值。当受监控的VCC电平低于所选择的阈值电压电平时，该器件电路通过发送复位信号来执行监控功能。复位信号将一直存在，直到VCC恢复到高于阈值电压的电平，完成该周期。另外一项优势是，设有一个带低电平有效输出引脚的开漏输出，它具有几个延迟时间选项（0ms、55ms、220ms和450ms），可满足系统的各种需求。APX803L电压检测器采用3引脚SOT23、SOT323、SC59、SOT25以及两引脚版本封装。
