Diotec Semiconductor LDI55-ADEEN Voltage Regulator

Diotec Semiconductor LDI55-ADEEN Voltage Regulator is a low dropout positive adjustable regulator with low power consumption. This regulator delivers a 15V output voltage and 1A output current. The LDI55-ADEEN regulator features 150mV dropout voltage at 150mA output current, On/Off function (EN), over current protection, thermal overload protection, and short-circuit protection function. This regulator operates at 50V maximum input voltage and -40°C to 85°C temperature range. The LDI55-ADEEN regulator complies with REACH and RoHS standards. The LDI55-ADEEN regulator is used in DC-DC converters, active SCSI termination regulators, battery-backed-up regulated supplies, smart meters, and electricity meters.
