Infineon 24V_SHIELD_BTT6030 24V保护开关Arduino扩展板是一款评估板，无需昂贵费用就可为24V负载驱动快速建立原型。该板兼容Arduino微控制器板和XMC™微控制器套件。该扩展板配有三个保护高侧功率MOSFET。这些MOSFET源自PROFET™+ 24V系列（2个BTT6030-2EKA，1个BTT6020-1EKA），共有五个24V通道。

- 8V to 36V nominal input voltage (max. 5V to 48V)
- Nominal current up to 5A per channel restricted due to PCB (BTT6020-1EKA nominal current: 7A)
