The silicone-free formulation and ultra-soft properties make these gap fillers suitable for all automotive applications. Laird Tputty™ SF560 gap fillers are easily reworkable and meet RoHS and REACH requirements. Typical applications include automotive displays and infotainment, semiconductors, power electronics (IGBTs, MOSFETs), consumer electronics, telecommunications, and optical fiber.
