Luminus Devices XST-3535-UV Surface-Mount UVC LEDs
Luminus Devices XST-3535-UV Surface-Mount UVC LEDs feature emission wavelengths between 275nm and 286nm with a narrow viewing angle. These UVC LEDs include a standard SMD process and a 60° narrow viewing angle. The XST-3535-UV LEDs offer 45mW output radiant power, 500mA forward current, and 100°C junction temperature. These Luminus Devices UVC LEDs function with 5V to 7.5V forward voltage range. The XST-3535-UV LEDs have a 3.5mm x 3.5mm compact form factor. These UVC LEDs are ideal for use in fluorescence analyzers, food and pharmaceutical processing, horticulture, and medical spectroscopy.
