美信 MAX14930-2 4 通道 2.75kV 数字隔离器可在高达 +125°C  的环境温度中在不同功率范围的电路间传送数字信号,用于对数字信号进行强劲的电流隔离, 可耐受 2.75kV(RMS) 达 60s(VISO),持续承受 445V(RMS) (VIOWM), 具有 630VP 重复峰值电压(VIORM),承受±10kV 浪涌,符合 IEC 61000-4-5。提供全部三种可能的单向通道配置,以支持任何 4 通道设计,包括 SPI、RS-232、RS-485 和数字 I/O 应用。这些器件可直接与大多数微处理器及 FPGA 连接。该 MAX14930-2 系列器件有各种数据速率可选,从 DC 到高达 1Mbps、25Mbps 或 150Mbps。每一器件分为默认高或默认低配置。MAX14930-2 数字隔离器两侧均有独立的 1.71V 至 5.5V 电源,因而非常适合用作电平转换器。
