Maxim Integrated MAX14934-MAX14936 四通道数字隔离器

MaximMAX14934-MAX14936 四通道数字隔离器是双通道、5kV 数字隔离器,可以在高达 +125°C 的环境温度下、在电路和不同电源域间传输数字信号。MAX14934-MAX14936 系列提供了所有三种可能的通道配置,以适应任何四通道设计,包括 SPI、RS-232、RS-485、和大型数字 IO 模块。这些器件有各种数据速率可选,从 DC 到高达 1Mbps、25Mbps 或 150Mbps。每一器件又分为默认高或默认低配置。默认的是当输入未供电时,输出进入的状态。独立的 1.71V 至 5.5V 电源分别用于隔离器两侧的供电,使器件非常适合用作电平转换器。
