MaximMAXREFDES23DB Santa Cruz参考设计是世界最小IO-Link光传感器，在一个尺寸仅6.5mm x 25mm的微型印刷电路板（PCB）内集成了6个传感器：环境光（无色）、红、绿、蓝、红外及温度传感器。Maxim Integrated、Renesas Electronics和Technologie Management Gruppe Technologie und Engineering (TMG TE)合作设计了这款Santa Cruz IO-Link 1.1/1.0版兼容光传感器参考设计。Santa Cruz设计由符合工业标准的Maxim Integrated IO-Link器件收发器（MAX14821）、采用了TMG TE的器件堆栈的Renesas超低功耗、16位微控制器（RL78）以及Maxim Integrated光传感器（MAX44008）组成。
