Amphenol FCI Mini-SAS HD Internal and External Cable Assemblies are offered in both 4x (4 channels) and 8x (8 channel) styles for both the SAS 2.1 and the proposed SAS 3.0 signal speeds. External cables feature rugged die-cast covers, a metal latch with low actuation force, a durable pull tab, and superior cable strain relief. Amphenol FCI Mini-SAS HD Cable Assemblies enable 4x and 8x internal and external cable assembly solutions, which include EEPROM communication. Typical applications include data servers, external storage systems, and communication switches.
