ams OSRAM Power TOPLED Lens™ SFH 4250BS LED utilizes thin-film IR: 6 double-stack chip technology delivering upto 35% high brightness and 44% high efficiency. The SFH 4250BS LED is an 850nm high-power infrared emitter tube LED with an increased homogeneous illuminated target area. This AEC Q102-qualified device offers high robustness and reliability for a long lifetime. The SFH 4250BS LED features dual stacked emitters, short switching time, and a 3B corrosion resistance class. This LED is ideal for factory automation, medical lighting, home and automation, and rain light tunnel sensing.
