The Tx channels include a power control circuit. The device also includes an on-chip temperature sensor. A simple 4-wire interface controls all the on-chip registers. Qualified for automotive applications, the ADF5901 is ideal for automotive, industrial, and microwave radar as well as industrial, & smart sensors.
