Analog Devices ADL5544 / ADL5545 单端 RF/IF 增益模块放大器可在30MHz至6GHz范围内提供宽带操作。采用5V电源供电时,ADI ADL5544功耗仅为55mA,OIP3超过34dBm。ADL5544具有17dB增益,且增益不随频率、温度、电源、器件而变化。采用5V电源供电时,ADL5545功耗仅为56mA,OIP3超过36dBm。ADL5545具有24dB增益,增益不随频率、温度、电源、器件而变化。ADL5544和ADL5545可轻松应用于多种场合。
