Analog Devices Inc. LTM4632降压型μModule®稳压器
Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4632降压型μModule®稳压器是三路输出稳压器，采用超薄封装。LTM4632包含开关控制器、功率FET、电感器和相关支持元件。LTM4632稳压器可提供用于DDR-QDR4 SRAM的完整电源解决方案。LTM4632稳压器可在3.6V至15V的输入电压范围内工作，支持两个±3A输出电源轨和一个10mA低噪声基准VTTR输出。这两个输出电源轨皆可用于为VDDQ和VTT吸收和提供电流。设计人员可将该电源模块配置为一个两相单路±6A输出VTT。为了优化性能，该器件支持支持可选的突发模式操作（仅限CH1）和输出电压跟踪功能。LTM4632采用了高开关频率和电流模式构架，可实现针对线路和负载变化的极快瞬态响应，同时还能保持工作稳定性。
