美信 MAX14900E 八通道、高速、高边开关为八通道电源开关,可逐通道配置为高边或推挽工作模式。该器件具有低传输延迟、高速率负载切换的特性,非常适用于下一代高速 PLC 系统。每个高边开关源出 850mA 连续电流,500mA 时具有达 165mΩ (最大值)的低导通电阻。驱动电阻负载时,高边开关的输入至输出传输延迟为 2μs (最大值)。推挽式操作的 PWM/PPO 控制中,开关频率高达 100kHz,可驱动长电缆。可将多个高边开关并联,实现更高的驱动电流。
