Maxim MAX17620同步降压型直流-直流转换器是高频、高效同步降压型直流-直流转换器。配有采用2.7V到5.5V输入电压工作的集成式MOSFET。支持最大 600mA 的负载电流和 1.5V - 100% VIN 输出电压。由于工作频率高,因此可使用小型、低成本电感器和电容器。

该器件在轻负载时具有可选PWM/跳跃工作模式,并且在PWM模式下能以4MHz固定频率工作。通过跳跃模式,可以提高高负载时的系统效率。PWM模式可以在整个负载中保持恒定的转换频率。在跳跃模式下,设备仅占用供电输入的40μA静态电流。在关断模式下,电流消耗低至0.1μA。
