Apacer Technology Inc. SV250-300/300B Solid State Disks (SSDs)
Apacer Technology Inc. SV250-300/300B Solid State Disks (SSDs) are designed with SATA-based connector pinouts and in SATA 6Gb/s interface. These SSDs provide complete compliance with the SATA revision 3.2 interface specifications. The SV250-300/300B SSDs utilize 3D NAND for a high capacity of up to 1920GB/960GB to deliver better power efficiency than 2D NAND. These SSDs are built with a powerful SATA controller that supports on-the-module ECC and an efficient wear-leveling scheme. The SV250-300/300B SSDs adopt the page mapping file translation layer and include implementations such as power-saving modes, hyper cache technology, over-provisioning, and TRIM. These SSDs also include Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology (S.M.A.R.T.), DataRAID™, and DataDefender™.
The SV250-300/300B SSDs deliver performance up to 560MB/s sequential read, 470MB/s sequential write, 50,000IOPS/52,000IOPS random read (4k), and 68,000IOPS random write (4K). These SSDs operate from -40°C to 85°C temperature range and 3.3V ±5% supply voltage. The SV250-300/300B SSDs are RoHS Recast compliant.
