Apacer Technology Inc. UV110-UFD5 USB Flash Drives are designed to replace conventional Integrated Drive Electronics (IDE) hard disk drives. These flash drives utilize a 3D NAND capacity of up to 256GB and provide improved efficiency than 2D NAND. The series is compatible with USB 3.1/3.2 SuperSpeed and backward-compatible with USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 interfaces. Additional features include up to 256GB capacity, >3,000,000 hours MTBF, LED indicators for drive behavior, and 3D TLC NAND flash type (BiCS5/BiCS3). Apacer UV110-UFD5 USB drives operate at 5V ±5% supply voltage and a -40°C to +85°C wide temperature range. The drives are RoHS Recast compliant and support non-removable string and toggle 2.0 mode/ONFI 3.0. The UV110-UFD5 series is ideal for embedded flash storage applications, offering expanded functionality, improved performance, and enhanced reliability.
