This fault detection feature eliminates the need for external gateway or controller processing. By processing data on the sensor itself, the QM30VT3 simplifies integration into Modbus networks. High-resolution 3-axis sensing captures more faults along the X, Y, and Z axes. Advanced signal processing ensures early detection of developing mechanical issues. These sensing capabilities help prevent unexpected breakdowns and costly repairs.

The Banner Engineering QM30VT3 Sensors are offered in two variants. The QM30VT3-MQP features an aluminum housing with an IP67 ingress rating. The QM30VT3-SS-MQP features a 316L stainless steel housing with an environmental rating of IP69K per DIN 40050-9.
