CML Micro CMX971 RF Quadrature Modulator
CML Micro CMX971 RF Quadrature Modulator offers a wide 20MHz to 1000MHz frequency range and low power consumption. Control of the CMX971 can be by serial bus or by direct control with reduced functionality. The small, RF-optimized VQFN package and minimal external components make the device ideal for space-constrained applications.
The quadrature architecture of the CMX971 supports a wide range of modulation formats and standards. The device provides translation from baseband I/Q signals to a modulated RF signal.
