Diodes Incorporated AP7581EQ 150mA Wide Input Voltage LDO Regulator
Diodes Inc. AP7581EQ 150mA Wide Input Voltage LDO Regulator is designed for automotive battery-powered applications. The AP7581EQ features 6µA quiescent current at light loads. Therefore, the AP7581EQ is a suitable solution for supplying always-on power to components, such as microcontrollers (MCUs) and Controller Area Network (CAN) transceivers.
The AP7581EQ offers a wide input voltage range, high accuracy, low dropout voltage, current limiting, ultra-low quiescent current, and a power-good indicator, making it ideal for battery-powered appliances. The IC consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a current-limit circuit for current protection, and a chip-enable circuit.
An external capacitor programs the power-good delay, letting the user configure the timing for specific applications. The Diodes Inc. AP7581EQ has both 3.3V and 5V fixed-output voltage versions and is available in an MSOP-8EP package.
