Exascend SI3 Industrial CFast Cards

Exascend SI3 Industrial CFast Cards integrates a high-speed SATA 3 interface with advanced NAND flash memory management technology. These CFast cards consist solely of semiconductor devices without mechanical parts such as a platter (disk), suspension as a traditional hard disk drive, and motor. The SI3 CFast cards use a single-chip flash controller to manage multiple NAND flash memory modules. This controller works with a host system to allow data to be read and written from the flash memory modules through a SATA interface. The CFast cards offer ultra-high reliability and performance over the traditional hard disk drive by achieving up to 520MB/s for sequential read and write.

These CFast cards are compact and portable, have maximum ruggedness, and sustain industrial performance. The CFast cards operate at -40ºC to 85ºC temperature range and 3.3V supply voltage. These CFast cards are ideally used in industrial, edge computing, and transportation.
