Fanstel BM15x Nordic nRF54 Based Modules
Fanstel BM15x Nordic nRF54 Based Modules are robust, highly flexible, ultra-low-power BLUETOOTH® Low Energy (BLE) modules utilizing Nordic nRF54L15 or nRF54L05 SoCs. The BM15x features an Arm® Cortex® M33 MCU at 128MHz, up to 1.524MB flash, an embedded 2.4GHz multi-protocol transceiver, up to 256KB RAM, and an integrated PCB trace antenna or a connection for an external antenna. These features enable quicker market time and reduced development costs.
The Fanstel BM15x modules were developed to minimize PCB cost and maximize efficiency in the Bluetooth module production line. The BM15x is footprint upgradeable to the nRF54H20 BLE module BMH20Cs.
