Guerrilla RF GRF6018 Switch
Guerrilla RF GRF6018 Switch is a linear and ultra-low-loss SPDT switch with failsafe attributes when all voltage inputs are removed. This switch delivers IP0.1dB levels greater than 1W along with high IIP3 levels for both RF paths in switching mode. When the device is powered down (failsafe mode), RFC to RF1 defaults to a high insertion loss, and RFC to RF2 defaults to a low insertion loss state that retains high linearity. The GRF6018 switch supports the optimization of external components, enabling the upper frequency range to be extended to 12GHz and lower down to 100MHz. This switch operates from a supply voltage range of 3V to 5V, with the single input (VSELECT) ranging from 3V up to VCC. Typical applications include microwave radio, military and space, RFID, RADAR, ISM radios, automotive telematics, satellite communications, tower-mounted amplifiers, and signal boosters/repeaters.
