Infineon Technologies EiceDRIVER™ 2EDL90xG3 Gate Drivers
Infineon Technologies EiceDRIVER™ 2EDL90xG3 Gate Drivers are designed to enable gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon (Si) power designs on the same PCB. These 120V common-footprint gate drivers drive dual low-side, dual high-side, or half-bridge configurations of Si MOSFETs or enhancement-mode GaN transistors. The 2EDL90xG3 modules include two completely floating output gate drivers, which are especially useful for switched-capacitor and multilevel topologies. Five configurable input modes can be selected by a simple pull-down resistor and include tri-state single PWM mode, HSCC LS mode, HSCC HS mode, Hi/Li mode, and Hi/Li inverted mode. Infineon Technologies EiceDRIVER™ 2EDL90xG3 Gate Drivers feature a 16-pin 3mm x 3mm package and are qualified for industrial applications per JEDEC 47/20/22 standards.
