Infineon Technologies REF_WATERPUMP_SIP Reference Design
Infineon REF_WATERPUMP_SIP Reference Design is a 150W BLDC motor-drive reference board for 12V automotive water pump applications. The design utilizes the MOTIX™ TLE9954QSW40-33 MCU System-in-Package and is intended to demonstrate a compact, fully integrated motor-control solution for auxiliary pumps and similar thermal management loads.
The Infineon REF_WATERPUMP_SIP Reference Design targets three-phase motor-drive applications with a 3-phase full-bridge topology and a 9V to 24V supply voltage range. The REF_WATERPUMP_SIP Reference Design also implements OptiMOS™ 7 IAUZN04S7N026 power MOSFETs and provides design documentation that includes schematics, as well as electrical, thermal, and EMC measurements in accordance with CISPR25.
The reference board is ideal for automotive auxiliary water pumps and oil pumps that require space, cost, EMC, and thermal optimization.
