IQD IQXO-54x Series Surface Mount Clock Oscillators
IQD IQXO-54x Series Surface Mount Clock Oscillators are available in an ultra-small, 2.0x1.6x0.7mm industry standard 4-pad ceramic package with a seam-sealed metal lid. The oscillators are available in two voltages, 3.3V (IQXO-540) and 1.8V (IQXO-542). IQD IQXO-54x series has a frequency range between 1.0MHz to 80MHz, a 15pF drive level and CMOS output.
