iWave Global Zynq™ UltraScale+™ ZU19/ZU17/ZU11 MPSoC System-on-Modules are designed for high-performance and mission-critical applications. By implementing multiple high-speed transceivers and a secure boot architecture, the ZU19/ZU17/ZU11 SoMs deliver strong processing performance and reliable system security. The iWave Global ZU19/ZU17/ZU11 SoMs are available in CG, EG, and EV variants, supporting a wide range of requirements from basic embedded computing to AI/ML acceleration and advanced multimedia processing.
For highly integrated System-on-Modules, thermal design is a critical factor. iWave support Heat Sink and Fan Sink Solutions for ZU19/17/11EG Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC System on Module.
