IXYS CPC2907B 60V 2A双通道固态继电器 (SSR) 包括两个独立的光耦合双向MOSFET开关。与各种应用中的分立式单刀继电器相比，该款常开(1-Form-A)双通道OptoMOS继电器提供了更为紧凑的设计解决方案，通过将两个开关集成到单个8引脚表面贴装封装中，节省了电路板空间。 CPC2907B SSR处于单刀模式时，每个开关均能够在25ºC时提供2A的连续负载电流。 CPC2907B处于双刀工作模式时，每个开关均可提供高达1.7A的连续负载电流，并提供4000Vrms的输入到输出隔离。每个开关都使用5mA红外LED输入控制电流工作。 CPC2907B采用紧凑型8引脚Power SOIC封装。
