Microchip Technology VSC7414以太网交换机

Microchip VSC7414以太网交换机具有同类最佳功率和小巧外形，是一款11端口串行千兆位介质无关接口 (SGMII) 交换机。VSC7414包括九个10/100/1000Mbps SGMII/SerDes端口和两个1G/2.5G SGMII/SerDes端口。该款以太网交换机采用两层结构，具有基于TCAM的高级VLAN以及高服务质量 (QoS)。VSC7414交换机包括一个嵌入式416MHz MIPS处理器（32位CPU），其配有DDR2/DDR3外部存储器。该交换机可在-40ºC至125ºC的温度范围内工作，功耗为1.6W。VSC7414交换机有2线、JTAG、SPI和SIO接口类型可选。应用包括企业路由、工业交换机和音频视频桥接 (AVB) 应用。

The Microchip Technology VSC7414-01 Layer-2 GbE SGMII Ethernet Switch is housed in a lead-free Ball Grid Array (BGA) with a 19mm x 19mm body size, 1mm pin pitch, and 1.8mm maximum height.
