Mini-Circuits PSA-14+ Ultra-Wideband Monolithic Amplifier

Mini-Circuits PSA-14+ Flat Gain, Ultra-Wideband Monolithic Amplifier offers 50Ω impedance in a 0.01GHz to 10GHz broadband range and is fabricated using GaAs HBT technology. This range covers primary wireless communication bands: Cellular, PCS, LTE, and WiMAX in a single amplifier. The PSA-14+ exhibits good input and output return loss over the frequency range without the need for external matching components, as well as repeatable performance from lot to lot.
