Mini-Circuits YAT-A Fixed Attenuators
Mini-Circuits YAT-A Fixed Attenuators are absorptive attenuators fabricated using highly repetitive MMIC processing and thin-film resistors on GaAs substrates. These fixed attenuators contain through-wafer metallization vias to realize low thermal resistance and wideband operation. Mini-Circuits YAT-A Fixed Attenuators feature a wideband operation of DC-18Hz. These attenuators offer a wide range of nominal attenuation values from 0dB to 10dB (in 1dB steps), and 12dB, 15dB, 20dB, and 30dB. Typical applications include cellular, PCS, communications, radar, and defense.Features
