Nisshinbo NT1819 High Isolation SPDT RF Switch

Nisshinbo NT1819 High Isolation SPDT RF Switch is suitable for 5G cellular infrastructure and other applications. This switch features high isolation characteristics between RF terminals and achieves 60dB isolation at 3.85GHz and 50dB isolation at 7.125GHz. It is available for various applications that require high isolation between circuits or devices.

The P1 terminal and P2 terminal of NT1819 are terminated into 50Ω in the unused state. Therefore, it prevents a mismatch when another circuit is connected to the switch. The Nisshinbo NT1819 uses a compact 3mm x 3mm QFN3030-16-NA surface-mount package, enabling a small mounting area.
