NXP Semiconductors Kinetis K3x 32-bit Microcontrollers, based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, integrate a flexible low-power LCD controller with support for up to 320 segments. Kinetis K3x devices start from 64 KB of flash in QFN-64 packages extending up to 512 KB in a MAPBGA-144 package, and provide a rich suite of analog, communication, timing, and control peripherals. The Kinetis K3x MCUs offer speeds up to 100MHz, supporting a broad range of processing bandwidth needs.Features
