NXP Semiconductors PCA984超低电压开关和多路复用器

NXP PCA984x带复位功能的超低电压开关和多路复用器可在低至0.8V的工作电压下连接到下一代CPU 。开关和多路复用器具有4选1或8选1双向翻译。这些器件都具有一个主动低电平复位输入。选择任一或所有SCx/SDx通道，由可编程控制寄存器确定。这使得具有同一I2C总线地址的多个设备可寄存在同一总线上。开关或多路复用器件省去了通过将重负荷I2C总线分成单独总线段进行总线缓冲的需要。

  • Allows voltage level translation between 0.8V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V buses
  • Reset via I2C-bus software command
  • I2C Device ID function
  • No glitch on power-up
  • Supports hot insertion since all channels are de-selected at power-on
  • Low standby current
  • 3.6V tolerant inputs
  • 0 to 1MHz clock frequency
  • ESD protection exceeds 6000V HBM per JESD22-A114 and 1000V CDM per JESD22-C101
  • Latch-up testing is done to JEDEC Standard JESD78, which exceeds 100mA
  • TSSOP16, TSSOP24, and HVQFN16 packages offered
