Fairchild Semiconductor FAN73711大电流高侧栅极驱动器芯片是高侧单片机设备,能驱动高达+600V的高速MOSFET和IGBT。FAN73711具有一个缓冲输出级,其所有的NMOS晶体管均设计为满足高脉冲电流驱动能力并使交叉传导降至最低。Fairchild Semiconductor的高压工艺和共模噪声消除技术让该高侧驱动器在高dv/dt噪声环境中运行稳定。先进的电平移位电路可使高侧栅极驱动器运行至高达VS=-9.8V(典型情况),而VBS=15V。当VBS低于指定阈值电压时,UVLO电路可防止发生故障。大电流、低输出压降特性使FAN73711栅极驱动器芯片适用于等离子显示器、电机驱动逆变器、开关式电源、高功率直流对直流转换器。
