Power Integrations SCALE-iDriver™ SIC1182K Base Board
Power Integrations SCALE-iDriver™ SIC1182K Base Board is designed for half-bridge SiC-MOSFET power modules in 62mm housing solutions. This reference board offers up to 800V DC-link voltage with an electrical interface and features Short Circuit Detection (SCD). Power Integrations SCALE-iDriver SIC1182K Base Board provides advanced active clamping options with an onboard adjustable source controller. This reference design board is a single-PCB solution with the gate-driver IC soldered within the board.
The SCALE-iDriver SIC1182K baseboard is also applicable to systems that require up to 8A peak current and up to 1.3W power per channel. Typical applications include general-purpose drives, UPS, and PhotoVoltaic (PV) power.
