pSemi DTC Evaluation Boards

pSemi DTC Evaluation Boards provide a demonstration platform for the UltraCMOS® Digitally Tunable Capacitors (DTCs). pSemi UltraCMOS DTCs offer high RF power handling and ruggedness while meeting challenging harmonic and linearity requirements. These devices are controlled through the widely supported 3-wire (SPI compatible) interface. All decoding and biasing are integrated on-chip and no external bypassing or filtering components are required.

pSemi DTC Evaluation Boards each include a pre-mounted target UltraCMOS DTC IC, along with support components and SMA connectors. The Evaluation Boards allow accurate measurement of the DTC impedance and loss and can each be configured for 1-Port or 2-Port Shunt, and Open, Short, or Thru calibration standards.
