RECOM Power RVSY018 Synchronous Rectification Controllers

RECOM Power RVSY018 Synchronous Rectification Controllers are high-performance, fast turn-off devices designed to support deep continuous conduction mode (CCM) and discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) operations. The controllers operate at frequencies up to 700kHz, making them ideal for high-speed power conversion applications. Key functional parameters are programmable via external resistors, enabling flexible configuration and optimization tailored to the selected SR MOSFET's characteristics to improve overall system performance. RECOM Power RVSY018 Synchronous Rectification Controllers are compatible with soft-switching topologies such as quasi-resonant (QR) and active clamp flyback (ACF).
