Renesas/Intersil ISL68201降压控制器采用Intersil专有的R4™技术。该单相R4™数字混合PWM控制器带有PMBus/SMBus/I2C和PFM，并具有宽输入和输出电压范围。集成 LDO 为单电源供电提供控制器偏置电压。采用R4™控制方案的ISL68201具有极快的瞬态性能、可精确调节的频率控制以及所有内部补偿。
