Diotec Semiconductor BCV47 Darlington Transistor is an NPN silicon transistor designed for very high DC current gain in a compact surface‑mount package. This transistor integrates two NPN transistors in a Darlington configuration, enabling high current amplification with minimal base drive. The BCV47 device is supplied in a SOT‑23 package, making it ideal for space‑constrained designs and low‑to‑medium power signal amplification.
