Silvertel EvalAg59800-LPB Evaluation Boards

Silvertel EvalAg59800-LPB Evaluation Boards are fitted with an Ag59812-LPB or Ag59824-LPB miniaturized Class 8 surface-mount Power over Ethernet (PoE) module. These boards are designed to evaluate Silvertel's Ag598000-LPB open-frame PoE modules. EvalAg59800-LPB boards from Silvertel are built to evaluate the use of modules in an application, ensuring they can pass through Ethernet data signals from the Midspan PSE- or PoE-enabled switch connected to the J101 onto the system connected to the J100.

  • Ag598xx-LPB module soldered to evaluation board

Testing

  • Equipment required
    • EvalAg59800-LPB fitted with Silvertel’s Ag59812-LPB or Ag59824-LPB PD module
    • EvalAg6810 or other IEEE802.3 compliant PSE
    • Power supply unit, +52-57V output, such as 60V bench power supply
    • CAT5e or greater cables
    • Application circuit
