Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY6641x-11 2.4GHz Front-End Modules (FEMs) are high-performance, fully integrated RF FEMs designed for BLUETOOTH® (including low energy), Zigbee®, and Thread applications. Designed for ease of use and maximum flexibility, the Skyworks SKY66411-11 and SKY66415-11 FEMs provide a power amplifier, low-noise amplifier, low-loss bypass path, and transmit/receive switches. Operation over a wide supply-voltage range enables use in battery-powered applications across a broad range of the battery discharge curve.
