STMicroelectronics EVAL-L9942的设计,是为了给用户提供一个评估L9942的平台。L9942是适用于双极步进电机的电机驱动器,带微步进和可编程电流曲线查找表,以实现对电机特征曲线和预期工作状况的灵活调整。可以根据目标条件:可听噪声、振动、转速或转矩的不同,而选择不同的电流曲线。PWM-电流控制电路使用的衰减模式可设为慢速、快速、混合以及自动衰减。可编程失速检测很有用,可以防止在失速时运行电机过久,以降低噪声。EVAL-L9942评估板提供了正确驱动双极步进电机所需的所有输入输出功能,以及监控诊断功能。该评估板可连接针对SPC56微控制器开发的探索板。

The EVAL-L9942 Evaluation Board provides all the inputs and outputs capabilities necessary to drive correctly a bipolar stepper motor and also to monitoring diagnostic functionalities. The board can also be connected to the Discovery Boards developed for the SPC56 Microcontroller.
