STMicroelectronics L9301汽车用八通道低边驱动器是由串行外设接口(SPI)控制的八通道,设有4个高边/低边和4个低边驱动器。L9301可使用四个集成PowerMOS作为再循环二极管,以实现PWM负载驱动。L9301包括12个PowerMOS:4个可配置的高边/低边驱动器(Ronmax = 0.6Ω(DRN1-4、SRC1-4))、4个低边驱动器 (Ronmax = 0.6Ω (OUT1-4)) 以及 4个低边驱动器 (Ronmax = 0.3Ω (OUT5-8))。可以在器件外部将DRN/SRC1-4和OUT1-4电源以并联方式连接,从而获得4个低边驱动器 (Ronmax = 0.3Ω):DRN1//DRN2、DRN3//DRN4、OUT1//OUT2、OUT3//OUT4。
