The STMicroelectronics LD39020 Quiescent Current Linear Regulators are available in compact available in DFN4 and SOT23-5L packages, ideal for space-constrained applications.

The regulator is configured to convert a DC input voltage from 2.4V to 5.5V into a precise and stable 1.8V output voltage.
