STMicroelectronics 6A-16A 免缓冲器双向可控硅采用通孔式封装，可用于要求高整流性能的通用交流开关应用的开/关或相角控制功能。如果满足数据表中规定的限值，该器件可不搭配缓冲器使用。这些器件有多个 800V 版本，区别仅在额定电流的不同：6A、8A、12A 或 16A。这些器件是通用交流线路负载开关、电机控制、小家电、照明、浪涌电流限制及过压撬棍保护应用的理想选择。
